Notes for Dad
- Always start with a 3–5 minute warmup — high knees, arm circles, shuffles
- Quality over quantity — 10 good throws beat 30 sloppy ones
- End every session on a positive rep — the last thing they remember should feel good
- Track progress — use the drill time checklist or the online tracker
